Hey! So what’s up with my order?

  • Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email which may end up in your spam folder as we are not on your contact list.
  • Following the confirmation email, once item is dispatched you will receive a further email with a tracking link/details.

How do I return an item (I’m a bit of a flip flopper and changed my mind)?

It is super easy to return an item, just email us to let us know and we will provide a Return Authorization Number. Youget 14 days to let us know and then further 14 days to send item back.

The following terms shall apply:

  • All Goods should be returned unopened and in the original packaging.
  • All Goods should be returned to us at your own expense.
  • You will also be under a duty to take reasonable steps to see that the Goods are received by us and not damaged in transit;
  • also strongly suggest sending via tracked service and giving us the tracking number

Hold up! What if there is a fault with the item?

In the unlikely event that the Goods are defective, please let us know straight away.. We will ask you to return the Goods to us at your cost and once we have checked that the Goods are faulty, we will:

  • provide you with a full or partial refund including the return costs; or
  • replace the Goods; or
  • repair the Goods.

Alternatively, we will ask for photos and then arrange the collection ourselves for you.

How will you deal with defective goods?

We will investigate thoroughly and you can expect to hear from us during this period. We have full discretion on whether the Goods will be replaced or repaired should the Goods be found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defect.

If the Goods are not found to be defective no refund will be made to you and you will be liable to pay the re-delivery charge.

Help! I’ve not received my refund…

We’ll shoot you an email as soon as the OWO crew have processed your return. refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in bank statement

But how long will it take to process my return?

Within 30 days of receipt from you of the Goods and provided the Goods are returned unopened, and undamaged, we will refund the amount paid including any delivery charge onto the same card used to make the original purchase. All other costs will be incurred by you.

Help! There’s an item missing from my delivery, what should I do?

Some of our items are so popular that they can go out of stock super quickly. Unfortunately, that means that occasionally we’re not able to send you all the items in your order. You should have received an email from us confirming this and advising of a refund being processed for the missing item.

if a box is missing which is part of order, contact us and we will investigate with courier and send out replacement if the courier cannot locate

Can I like amend my order?

Like of course(most of the time)! We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure you get your new stuff as soon as possible. However, we could pull some strings depending on how far we are in the order process. Please call us and we will be happy to help.

How often do you re-stock on lines and sizes?

We are constantly adding to our range to ensure we are at the fore-front of the latest trend. Please email if you have a special request or can’t find what you are looking for.
